●      We will never provide your data to employers, government agencies, or any other outside parties without your explicit written consent or a lawful legal obligation compelling us to do so (see Section 7 for more on legal disclosures).

●      We will never use your information to make judgments about your financial worthiness or share such assessments with any outside party.

Digital Records

●      Client files are stored on secure, password-protected platforms and devices.

●      Digital files are protected with strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.

●      We use encrypted file storage or secure cloud platforms with established privacy protections to the extent applicable to our practice.

●      Access to your digital records is strictly limited to the coach and any designated team members who have a direct, need-to-know role in your coaching engagement.

Physical Records

●      Any printed documents containing client information (e.g., signed intake forms, handwritten session notes) are stored in locked filing cabinets or secure physical storage.

●      Physical records are not left in unsecured locations and are properly shredded when no longer needed.

We will not share any of your personal or financial information with these professionals without your explicit consent. A referral is simply a recommendation; your information remains private unless you choose to share it.
